Previously an MD, Laura has been involved in setting policies, processes, and professional standards for a fast growing company for many years.

Working across People, Operations and Finance, and building external partner accreditations led to Bcorp certification.

Bcorp certification is an external accreditation that a business has high standards of professionalism and ethics across Governance, Workers, Customers, Environment and Community. Inspired by the process Laura was approached by other companies to help them through the certification process which sparked the conception of Truth.

Truth- better organisations today are primarily focused on taking a company on the Bcorp journey from start to finish.
